Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return, please email us at info@betweenhourstudio.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different variation (where available) within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@betweenhourstudio.com to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
