Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Handmade rosaries from our Ora Collection are fulfilled within 3–5 business days and shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days within the US.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also visit our Track Your Order page.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please email us at info@betweenhourstudio.com as soon as possible.

Are the rosaries handmade?
Yes — every rosary in the Ora Collection is handcrafted with care and intention. Each piece is unique and may have slight natural variations.

What materials are used?
We use quality semi-precious stones, glass beads, and metal components. Each product listing includes specific material details.

Do you offer custom rosaries?
We are not currently accepting custom orders, but we plan to in the future. Join our mailing list to be the first to know.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Please see our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage at info@betweenhourstudio.com. We will make it right.
